Trick My Trucker

If you’ve heard about the previous CMT series, “Trick My Truck”, you’ll be excited to hear that there is a new show called “Truck My Trucker” premiering Saturday, Nov. 10 at 9 pm ET/PT. This series presents six epsiodes of makeovers on truckers. The show gives the featured truckers a physical and emotional overhaul for cash, prizes, and a healthy living map.

In each episode, the truckers are challenged to change their image and their lifestyle. The truckers are confronted about their unhealthy habits living on the road and encouraged to change their routines. They learn how to eat nutritiously rather than eating greasy dinners, as well as exercise routines fit for truck stops and rest areas. A confessional camera (think reality TV) tracks their progress over the few weeks.

In the end, they return for a physical transformation and a catwalk finale to show their new selves in front of family, friends, and America. Guiney, also known as host of “The Bachelor,” and his team judge who has committed and changed the most to the new lifestyle. The winning trucker is rewarded with plenty of fuel money and a new outlook on life on the road.
